Ombudsman's Commentary September 2006

The SPSO September Commentary has been published. This confirms that the Ombudsman has laid 23 reports before the Scottish Parliament, one of which relates to Renfrewshire Council and four relate to Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS Board.
